We don't just forward your request to whoever is available. Every driver must clear these checks before we refer a paying customer — and if we can't confirm a vetted partner for your route, we tell you directly and don't charge.
- Commercial driving qualification (商业驾照) or a legal passenger-service arrangement — not just a private license.
- Vehicle insurance that explicitly covers paying passengers.
- Vehicle type, plate, and route experience — we confirm the driver has actually done your type of route.
- Mandarin/English communication plan — either the driver speaks English or a translator arrangement is confirmed.
- Written quote before confirmation — you see the price, vehicle, and driver details before committing.
- No charge if we can't match — if we cannot confirm a vetted partner for your route and dates, you pay nothing.
