Our editorial standard
Every core guide on this site is built to a fixed standard. Where a page meets that standard, you will see a ✓ Verified badge with the date we last checked it against official sources.
Each verified guide is expected to carry:
- Official sources — direct links to the municipal, public-security, or airport pages we rely on.
- What can go wrong — translations rejected, airport counters closed, rental desks that refuse foreigners, deposit freezes.
- Real cases — actual traveler outcomes, including processing times at Beijing Capital T3 and Daxing airport vehicle management stations.
As of July 27, 2026, we are rolling this standard across our pillar and city pages. Not every page carries all four signals yet — we are open about that.
Contact and response time
Email us at [email protected]. We usually send a first reply in about 2 hours. Urgent trip requests are handled as quickly as possible, but we do not claim 24/7 coverage or guaranteed instant replies.
Languages we support
Guides are published in 9 languages: English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Kazakh, Spanish, German, and French.
For live assistance, we currently reply in English (primary), with Mandarin handled on the ground. We are adding Japanese and Korean support capability — if you write to us in those languages, we will be transparent about whether we can fully serve you in that language yet.

How we vet drivers and partners
A driver or rental partner must clear all of the following before we will refer a paying customer:
- Valid Chinese commercial driving license (商业驾照) verified, not just a private license.
- Vehicle insurance that explicitly covers paying passengers.
- A documented track record on at least one intercity route we cover.
- Working English (or a confirmed translator arrangement) for foreign clients.
Our driver network is being built city by city. If we cannot vet a driver for your specific route and date, we will tell you directly rather than over-promise.
What this site is not
- ✗Not a government office. We are an independent guide and matching service. Always confirm permit rules with the local Vehicle Management Station.
- ✗Not legal advice. Traffic law and visa-linked driving rules change; treat our guides as a strong starting point, not a substitute for official confirmation.
- ✗Not a booking agent for tickets. We help you communicate and get matched; you make the final bookings yourself.
